  • Restaurants, hotels, bars, bakeries, country clubs, food trucks, colleges, hospitals, catering, and every business in between.

    We also help with weddings, corporate events, staff parties, private residences, etc.

  • We ask for at least 8 hours daily for part-time gigs or catering events.

    If you need coverage for 4 or more days, we require a minimum of 40 hours a week.

    Digital timesheets and invoices are sent out weekly, with a detailed breakdown of billable hours.

  • Depending on the available chefs we have in your area, as many as you need. We can accommodate multiple chefs in one location if required.

    We always try to send you local chefs, but if you are in a remote area but can offer accommodations, this will help.

  • Yes, we have many clients who use this service for a portion or an entire season.

  • No, chefs are employees of 86&co. We handle the HR, payroll, and benefits and process all federal and state taxes.
