Our chefs have decades of experience, are fully certified in
food safety, and have passed thorough background checks.

  • You control the schedule for flexibility and convenience. We require a minimum of 40 hours per week and provide digital timesheets and invoices for all billable hours.

  • Request as many chefs as needed. We aim to provide local chefs but also have traveling chefs available if accommodations are provided.

  • 86&co. caters to all sectors of the hospitality industry, including hotels, inns, restaurants, colleges, and retirement facilities. Our services are also available seasonally, with many clients opting for our support during peak times or entire seasons.

  • Our chefs remain employees of 86&co., and we handle all HR, payroll, and tax responsibilities, ensuring a hassle-free experience.

  • 86&co. began in Maine in 2017 and has since expanded operations to all states across the United States.
